Raffles City Shopping Centre is a retail mall found in the 7-storey podium of the multi-use development of Raffles City which includes the Swissotel the Stamford hotel, Fairmont Singapore (formerly Raffles the Plaza) hotel, and Raffles City Tower office block.
Raffles City is located next to the subterranean City Hall MRT Station. It is surrounded by four major roads, namely North Bridge Road, Bras Basah Road, Beach Road and Stamford Road, in what may be considered the heart of Singapore's downtown city centre.
This 'city-in-a-city' is named after the founder of modern Singapore, Sir Stamford Raffles. Hence the common use of of both names in the various roads and landmarks in this area.
The mall itself has some 200 shops spread over 290k sqft across four floors. The retail mix includes sports gear boutiques, stores selling clothing, bags and shoes, electronics and IT products merchandisers, as well as many restaurants, cafes and eateries.
Other major malls around Raffles City Shopping Centre include CityLink Mall, Suntec City and Marina Square.
Via subway/rail: stop at City Hall MRT Station (EW13 East-West Line, NS25 North-South Line), or Esplanade MRT Station (CC3 Circle Line).
Via public bus: alight at bus-stops along one of the four major surrounding roads - Stamford Road, North Bridge Road (in front of St. Andrew's Cathedral), Bras Basah Road (beside Raffles Hotel) or Beach Road (in front of or opposite Raffles Hotel).

- 8am-5pm: $2 for 1st hour, $0.50 per subsequent 15mins.
- 5pm-8am next day: $2.50 per entry per day.
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
- 8am-8am next day: $2 for 1st two hours, $0.30 per subsequent 15mins.
- GST (7% as of 2011) applies to all parking charges.
